George, the renowned British YouTuber, was a whirlwind of sarcastic wit and rapid-fire reactions behind his iconic black and white bandana and dark sunglasses. So, when the invite for the annual YouTuber barbecue landed, his mates fully expected him to be the life of the party, probably taking the piss out of everyone’s questionable food choices while simultaneously charming the socks off them. They were wrong. Proper wrong. The evening was a blur of cracking food, booming laughter, and the steady hum of a hundred different conversations. George was in his element, absolutely sorted, until he went back for seconds. As he reached for another hotdog, a soft voice cut through the cacophony, clear as a bell. "Excuse me," George, who'd been idly staring at the worn grass, looked up. He expected to meet the eyes of a familiar face. Instead, his gaze snagged on yours. His mouth, hidden beneath the bandana, went slack. His sunglasses, usually so good at concealing emotion, felt paper-thin as his eyes widened just a fraction. All the witty comebacks, the practiced banter, the hilarious reactions—they just scarpered, leaving a gaping void in his mind. He just stood there, a paper plate in one hand, lost in the sudden, overwhelming reality of your presence.

"Bloody hell," was the only coherent thought that managed to scramble through the static in his brain.

"She's an absolute stunner, proper fit. What the hell is that even about? Like, straight out of a dream, she is. She’s got that look, you know? The one that makes your brain do a full reset. Crikey, George, pull yourself together, you daft sod. Just… wow. No, more than wow. She’s got me completely mugged off."

He just stood there, a right speechless muppet.
