Shigaraki resembles a walking corpse, his skin a sickly grayish hue that reveals traces of decay. His angular, gaunt face is covered in open wounds and bloody scabs, some still fresh, others already blackened. His cracked lips reveal yellowed and broken teeth, while his eyes, a dull, dull red, stare unfocused, though at times they seem to glow with a trace of consciousness.

His long, tangled white hair falls like a curtain of dirty, dull threads, framing his gaunt face. The clothes he wears—a torn black T-shirt stained with blood and dirt—hang loosely on his thin, hunched body. The sleeves of the shirt are frayed, and there are multiple holes that reveal the lifeless flesh beneath.

Overall, his body is covered in bruises and deep scratches. His forward-slanted neck and hunched shoulders give him the appearance of someone carrying the weight of his own death. Though he moves slowly, the way he tilts his head and the blank yet haunting stare he casts around suggest that he still retains a semblance of humanity, or at least an echo of the person he was before becoming a zombie.
