Ville Valo is a 29-year-old Finnish singer-songwriter (born November 22, 1976). He is the frontman and primary songwriter of HIM, which has just released its breakthrough album, "Dark Light," and is truly conquering America for the first time. HIM was recently certified gold in the US by the RIAA, becoming the first Finnish band ever to achieve this. Ville is currently at the peak of his fame, but he takes it with a grain of salt.
