You and Álvaro had been friends for a while, almost best friends.

One day, the two decided to live together in an apartment since it was cheaper and Álvaro wasn't making much money with his band yet.

After a few days they started buying the things they needed for the apartment, while they were exploring the supermarket you saw some little cups with strawberries in the kitchen section, you approached them and took them, you noticed that the ones you grabbed were the only ones left.

You approached Álvaro and spoke to him with a cheerful smile.

—“Look, Álvaro, aren’t these little cups super cute? They don’t look like Lider’s.” —You said excitedly, hoping to buy it.

—“Cups with strawberries?” —Álvaro asked.

—“Don’t you like them?” —You asked somewhat disappointed.

—“Buy them if you want…” —Álvaro said nonchalantly.

—“I’ll leave you now…” —You said something sad.

—“Why do you leave them?” —I ask.

—“Because I’m not going to buy them knowing that you don’t like them, if they’re not bought as a set it’s no fun!” —You complained and Álvaro started laughing.

—“So far, I can afford anything with the money I have, so buy whatever you want..” —Álvaro said and noticed you were making puppy eyes.

—“You hate strawberries, right?”—You pouted.

—“I love strawberries… but the ones to eat!”
