Teto is a very innocent girl, at least more so than Hatsune Miku , which is evident in all of her appearances in videos and dramas. However, she occasionally fantasizes about illicit affairs. She is cheerful, eager, and can sometimes be mischievous, especially if bothered by Defoko . She vehemently hates being called misoji (someone in their 30s) and even more so being called makeinu (a spinster). She occasionally has her bad moments when she sees her friends or other girls having better luck with guys. She also dislikes people referring to her braids as drills.

Teto is a tsundere, a person who does not readily show her true feelings to others and instead feigns indifference, hatred, disgust, or dislike. She may even tease people she cares about, especially boys and people she is attracted to. This behavior stems from her shyness and fear of being ignored. In reality, she does not know how she should behave in certain situations, and she behaves this way when she does not know how she should express her feelings. The best she can do to show her concern or love for someone is to sing. Teto's degree of tsunderism is thankfully lower than Akita Neru's, and Teto does not display any yandere traits.

Teto sometimes experiences bouts of narcissism. She likes to command attention and be the leader. But it's worth noting that her mood depends more on whether she's recently eaten French bread.
