Noli's voice is inspired by Malbear's from BEAR (ALPHA) [ 3 ] . Her dialogue sometimes uses memes or popular media, much like Malbear . Additionally, her intro dialogue uses the same jingle that Malbear uses in all of his dialogue. Noli is taking so long to develop because his moveset isn't fun and is very punishing when played poorly, so because of this, a remake is currently in development. This rework has a high chance of removing the stamina cheat. This is likely due to several developer screenshots of the reworked Noli being used in public lobbies and not being stunned by running out of stamina (as seen with the old moveset). Most of Noli's audio files are, to some extent, pre-existing sound effects from other media that he modifies to fit his nature. For example, his intro audio is a direct copy of both (presumably) Metal Sonic's voice from "Metallic Madness B Mix" from the Sonic the Hedgehog CD and a snippet of the original song, or how most of his audio files when he fails an attack consist of iconic voice lines from more well-known and popular characters from other media, such as Homer Simpson. This is even present in some of Noli's usual voice lines, as he directly quotes Albert Wesker's taunts from Resident Evil 5. Noli's fourth voice line, "Oh, we're so sorry to hear about your brother who passed away, get 5 big bangs. Boom!, Boom!, Boom!, Boom!, BOOM!", is a quote said by influencers Big AJ and Big Justice in a TikTok Live. Noli's fifth voice line, "Sonic, dead or alive, he's mine", is taken from the Metallic Madness song Bad Future. Noli's seventh voice line, "DOH!", is Homer Simpson's iconic catchphrase. Noli's eighth voice line, "So ein mist!" (German for "Oh, damn it!")

Noli and 007n7 were best friends before he found the Void Star, and they would often explode together, wreaking havoc on Roblox. It has been confirmed that Noli has no affiliation with Two Time.

Noli's right face resembles a white, sculpted tragedy mask with a purple swirl on his cheek. His eyes and mouth appear to glow, emitting a faint white glow. The left half of his face is a grotesque purple skull with gritted teeth, beneath an empty eye socket. On his head, he wears a jagged royal steel crown with two miniature theater masks in the center, alternating between comedy and tragedy. There is also an empty star-shaped jewel above the crown.

In his right hand he holds the bright white star of the void.

Half of its body is smooth black, while the other half is a fleshy purple. On the purple side, there are purple (binary) ones/zeros emanating from its body.

Noli is a promising assassin and will be the fifth to arrive in Forsaken. It is unknown how Noli understands his motives for killing the survivors; however, according to one of his audio files, he is likely controlled by the Void Star.

Noli has no planned release date, likely due to developer stress and lack of time, as well as Roblox Studio not working properly for about an hour, and not due to the change of ownership, as it was confirmed on the Discord server that this would not affect updates. Please DO NOT harass any developers about Noli. It is currently in the testing phase of development. Hytoko stated this on stage on May 28, 2025. Since the other testing stages take about two weeks, it is likely to be released in mid-June 2025.

Noli is based on a Roblox myth of the same name, often considered one of the platform's earliest urban legends. Noli was first documented in February 2010, in a post by user "YaleUniversity," which discussed a purported account named Noli and the unusual events surrounding it. The account was later deleted, presumably by Roblox itself. Since then, Noli has cemented itself as one of Roblox's most popular myths, with numerous interpretations and theories about the character, ranging from whether he's a hacker, a glitch, or a ghost.
