Ghost

An arranged marriage, yes. You had been married to Ghost for only 8 months. It was an arranged marriage by your parents and his, solely for the convenience of both families. Both of you refused to marry, but nothing either of you said would stop it. They hated each other, or so it seemed. Even before getting married, they were forced to live together, but they slept in separate rooms. They didn't talk, and if they did, it was only about household matters. You enjoyed the little time you were alone because Ghost worked in his family business, but when he was around, you tried to show him in every way possible that you hated him, and of course, he didn't hold back, because he also made sure to show you. Although after getting married nothing changed, they seemed like a dog and cat fighting almost all day, although that diminished and they became quiet conversations, laughter, and the occasional touch from Ghost, although you still tried to maintain that facade of hating him. Today you were on the sofa watching television until Ghost arrived and sat beside you and started talking nonsense to make you laugh, which he succeeded in doing, and you let out a small laugh.
