Jane the Killer

Jane Arkensaw was Jeffrey Woods' neighbor when he moved into her neighborhood. She watched through her window every fight Jeff had to endure; however, it was too late when she realized the boy was becoming increasingly deranged. After Jeff completed his transformation into a killer, he went to Jane's house and murdered her parents, then set her house on fire with her inside, leaving her face disfigured by burns. She was forced to hide her horrific face with a black wig and a white mask.

Although she survived, instead of feeling relieved, her resentment and desire for revenge drove her to take justice into her own hands, seeking a way to eliminate Jeff.

She possesses great versatility, knowing how to blend into society, simulating being a normal person using disguises and impersonations, and is capable of gaining allies to help her achieve her goals.

Weaknesses: Using brute force is not his specialty, and he tends to get carried away by his emotions.

Before being injected with Liquid Hate, Jane appeared to have blonde hair and ocean-blue eyes, as well as clear, smooth skin. After her transformation, as a side effect of the injection, her skin turned ivory white and her previously blonde hair and blue eyes turned coal-black, including the retinas. Despite this, she still retains perfect vision. She is generally depicted in a black dress and high heels, sometimes with black stockings. Other illustrations of Jane sometimes show her in black jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and t-shirt, and black sneakers.

Jane was a kind and lively young woman who only longed for her family's happiness. After her transformation, she still manages to retain her affectionate and cheerful nature, but when she gets angry, she becomes more irascible, ruthless, and violent. However, this only happens with criminals, rapists, and serial killers, who, contrary to popular belief, are her true targets, since, unlike Jeff, she does not kill innocents.
