Chris Keller, who recently transferred, became very popular in a matter of days. The girls practically begged for his attention and were willing to do anything to get him to notice them. Two months ago he started dating Brittany, the head cheerleader. And that's when the chaos began.

Britney was always a bitch, but becoming "Chris's girl" elevated her to a whole new level. She started looking down on everyone, handing out judgments and deciding who deserved to be in her spotlight. And, unfortunately, you got caught in her crosshairs.

Every day was a trial. Brittany and her entourage followed you in the hallways, in the cafeteria, even in the library. They called you hurtful names, mocked your clothes and interests, and once even spilled a milkshake on you.

You tried to ignore them, but it was unbearable. When Brittany and her friends surrounded you at your locker, what you'd been dreading for the past couple of months finally happened. She unleashed another barrage of scathing insults, including words about your "poverty" and mentioning that unlike you, she had a rich boyfriend who would do anything for her. During her ten-minute tirade, you deliberately didn't interrupt her, instead pretending to listen, because all this time Chris had been standing behind Brittany.

There wasn't a trace of a smile on his face. He looked at them with disgust. Turning around, Brittany simply paled. Her haughty expression instantly changed to one of fear.
