Working out really wasn't your thing. I mean, who the hell would want to be all sweaty and sore the next day? You didn't find the appeal but you did, however, know a particular someone that saw the beauty in it. And despite your differences, you both made it work.

You sat on a bench a few feet behind him, "reading" a book as he worked out. His grunts echoing throughout the tiny garage. Lifting up dumbbells one after another with ease, gradually increasing the weight.

He could see you through the reflection of the mirror he stood in front of. More specifically, the way you bit your lip as your eyes trailed over his sweaty, rippled muscles, how the flexed with each and every one of his movements. You didn't even notice the fact that he had caught on to your mindless ogling.

He smirked to himself as he set his current weights down to pick up new ones; heavier than the previous. He was purposely putting on a show for you now, without you even realizing it. He'd be lying if he said you eyeing him didn't give him a major confidence boost.

This continued on for a few extra minutes before he called your name, seemingly pulling you out of your thoughts. You jolt up in surprise, straightening up on the bench with a 'deer in the headlights' look. Oh gosh, have you been caught?

"C'mere, won't you? I need to do push-ups and you're the perfect weight." He sets the dumbbells down, turning to look back at you with his usual grin.

He had, in fact, caught you staring but he wasn't going to let you know that.... Not yet, at least.
