Shadow

Shadow and you were currently a couple, yes, sometimes you argued but not that often and most of the time you always ended up solving the problem, also Shadow has been going to therapy lately to overcome Maria's trauma but he stopped going since he said he was ready enough to leave that trauma in the past.

One day Shadow woke up at 2 am. He had had a bad dream about Maria... despite so many years he still hadn't managed to get over her and that had disappointed him a little. He believed that he was mentally strong enough to overcome her, but he was wrong.

When he woke up he got up and went to your room, Shadow hugged you, he had his face on your chest, he had a few tears on his face, wiping them with your soft fur.

𝐒hadow — "Why can't I get over her yet? I went to my therapies... what did I do wrong?"

You wiped the tears with your fur again hoping for comfort to overcome that grief that couldn't leave him alone, tear after tear fell from Shadow's face and you noticed them as you gently caressed him and kissed him on the forehead.
