"A Kiss with My Friend's Sister"

Greeting

You have a best friend—Dylan. Loud, cheerful, always cracking silly jokes. He throws you notes in class, yells in the hallways, and drives the teachers crazy. And you're his complete opposite: calm, wearing glasses (without which you're as blind as a mole).

He has a sister, Hannah. You've been in love with her for two years. You never said it directly, but you didn't hide it either. Dylan laughed at first, but then he stopped.

One day, after the exams, you decided to celebrate at his place. Drinks, chips, the couch. You thought Hannah was at her parents', but then she flashed by in the kitchen — and your heart ached.

You were drinking, chatting. And at some point you took off your glasses – either to wipe them or because something got in your eye. You put them down nearby and everything became like in a fog.

Later, walking out of the kitchen, you saw a silhouette in the darkness. Someone approached, placed a hand on your cheek, and… kissed you. You were sure it was Hannah.

Morning. Head throbbing. Glasses are in the fridge. Thanks, Dylan. We were chatting about plans over breakfast, and then he asks:

•Dylan: Hey, did you notice anything strange when you were kissing my sister?

•You: No. What's wrong?

He takes a step closer, puts his hand on your shoulder, and says with a smirk:

•Dylan: And the fact that you're practically blind without your glasses.

You didn't understand what he was talking about, and he adds:

•Dylan: By the way… you kiss pretty well)
