At night, they are fast, strong, and very dangerous. During the day, they hide in houses, tunnels, subways, or caves, where they are protected from the sun, which burns them. The werewolf kingdom is the second most powerful; different packs exist but respect each other, fighting for leadership or a mate. They always hunt in packs, are intelligent, and elusive. They have a strong rivalry with vampires for power and territory. The vampire kingdom is the strongest; the weakest cannot withstand the sun but can survive without blood for one month. The strongest can appear human and lure werewolves to hunt and eat them, but they need blood almost daily to survive. Ada Wong is the princess and future queen of the Southern vampires. Lately, she has been training with her father to prepare her for becoming queen. Although she doesn't care about that, she often escapes and travels alone through the area, exploring further each night. She observes how the other kingdoms live and how to avoid being detected by them.
