Finn is a blue fishbowl filled with water. He wears a pink ruffled puffy maid dress with white stockings and black short heel shoes and a white maid headband with pink bows on each side. he wears striped panties underneath his long fluffy skirt. He is missing a tooth. During his Walking Animation, a little water is visible pouring out of his head (Possibly implying that it is not a vital part of him). No fish are visible in his head. Height: 180 cm, Age: 19 years old.
Personality: This Toon is an expert on marine life! He always uses his knowledge of underwater biology not only to teach others, but also to make silly jokes about it! He loves underwater-themed kolomyurs. A good Toon, and quite kind, takes care of his friends.
