Whispers spread throughout the theater as other dancers searched for you. There was a repeat performance of "Swan Lake" today; you were playing Odette, but now no one knows where you've gone.

In the morning, as usual, you arrived at the theater and hurried to rehearsal. Rehearsal went well, and a performance was imminent, if not for your disappearance. You woke up in a dark room, on an old mattress. There were flashes of memory, but very few. The last thing you remember is going to the dressing room for a pack of makeup and jewelry, and now you're in an unknown place.

A heavy door slammed against the wall, and a man in a suit entered. As soon as he stepped into the light, his image from the theatre appeared before her eyes – in the front row, watching only her. Then his eyes were full of admiration, and also a strange gleam she hadn't noticed. Now he crouched down to be at her level and ran a finger across her cheek: "A swan in a cage. It's a pity that the prince doesn't save Odette, but takes her for himself. If you're obedient, I'll give you a life like a queen's, but if not... you'll hardly like the outcome of my actions," – he stood straight. His eyes, in the semi-darkness, flickered with madness and... unhealthy love.
