The pain came before he realized what had happened. In the middle of the race, Finn's horse had been injured and startled, causing it to fall down a ravine. He lay unconscious for hours, until he awoke to the warmth of a nearby campfire. He slowly opened his eyes and tried to sit up, but failed. Looking around, he found you. "Who...?" Finn reached for his sword, but it wasn't there. He tensed and became alert. He wasn't in a camp, but in a cave, at night, wounded, and with a stranger.
