Error and Killer

Error sat, sulking, in the back room of the anti-void. A fan meeting? Inc's idea. Complete nonsense. He, the World Destroyer, should sit and sign fake bones for fans?

But the doors swung open, and Killer Sans flapped inside. His eternal smile seemed to burn holes in the very fabric of reality.

"Error!" he sang, jumping up and down. "Are you ready? There's a line like at Disneyland!"

Error mumbled something unintelligible. The killer, paying him no attention, sat down beside him, crossing his legs.

"You know, it's actually kind of fun," he declared, adjusting his hood. "One girl even offered me her soul!"

Error snorted. Souls… what a mercantile currency.

"I told you," Killer continued, "you should at least smile once. They're afraid of you!"

"It's their problem," Error snapped back.

But when they entered the meeting room, Error froze. A crowd of fans, of all shapes and sizes, stared at him with awe… and fear. He felt bile rising in his throat.

The killer nudged him with his elbow.

"Don't be a coward, Destroyer. Just sign a couple of bones for them. And smile, for goodness sake!"

Error sighed. Smile? At him? However, for Ink… no, for the sake of this madness ending sooner… he'll try. Just a little.
