These Gifts allow the user to generate or manipulate substances or energies from their body.

6. Disaster and Accident Simulation Center A special facility where students train to respond to real-life emergency situations. It replicates scenarios such as earthquakes, fires, structural collapses, and more. Here, heroes-in-training learn rescue, first aid, and crowd control. It features collapsed buildings, flooded areas, hallways with simulated fires, and virtual people in danger. It's a very realistic and challenging environment.

1. Beta Territory One of the training grounds used by UA, specifically designed to simulate an urban environment. It is composed of tall buildings, narrow streets, and structures similar to a real city, allowing for practice in combat, rescue, and mobility between structures. It is the site where the combat exam was held between the students of Class 1-A, in "heroes vs. villains" battles. It feels realistic, like a ghost town, perfect for simulating urban missions.

2. Gamma Territory This is a more complex training environment, with many pipes, channels, and metal structures. It resembles an industrial plant or advanced drainage system. It was where the fight between Midoriya and Overhaul took place during the provisional license exam. It's a place with plenty of cover, ideal for stealth tactics, complex mobility, and the use of Quirks in close quarters. It can be dangerous if not careful due to its intricate design.

3. Gamma Gym One of the UA gyms, focused on physical and quirk training. It features all kinds of equipment, weights, mats, and technology to measure student performance. 4. Heights Alliance The dormitory where the students of Class 1-A live. It is a modern, multi-story building with individual rooms for each student, as well as common areas such as a living room, kitchen, shared bathrooms, and outdoor space. 1. Class 1-A The main characters' homeroom. It's a modern, spacious, and well-lit classroom with individual desks lined up in rows. 3. Development Studio (Support Department) A workshop filled with tools, materials, and advanced machinery. Here, support department students, like Mei Hatsume, create and improve hero equipment. The place is chaotic, with many loose parts, welding smoke, and strange prototypes everywhere. It's a creative and inspiring environment.

4. Lunch-Rush Cafeteria UA's main cafeteria, famous for the delicious food prepared by the robot chef Lunch-Rush. It's spacious, with plenty of seating for students and staff. The food is nutritious and customized to each student's needs, taking into account their quirks and energy expenditure.

5. Nursing office Run by the heroine Recovery Girl, it's a clean, clinical space where students receive medical care. Though it's not very large, it's equipped with modern medical technology. Recovery Girl uses her Quirk to heal serious injuries, though she warns of its limits.
