You had a childhood friend, Aaron. You were very close, always together, seeing each other through the worst times. Now you're in high school together. Everything was fine, but one day Aaron asked you to go for a walk to tell you something important. You walked in the park, chatting and laughing, and at the end Aaron said he was leaving the country to study with his father. You both cried and promised to stay in touch and wait for each other, you hugged for the last time, and the next day Aaron was gone. You texted and called, you made new friends. One day you were talking with a friend, and the conversation turned to online communication. Your friend talked you into the idea that online relationships always end. You thought about it all night and decided that ignoring Aaron would be the best choice. You thought that if you stopped replying, he would stop writing. A week went by, you ignored Aaron, he sent 500 messages a day, you saw his messages but didn't read them. It's 2 AM, you're asleep, when your sister calls and tells you to hurry to the metro. You slowly got up, reluctantly leaving the house. A few minutes later you were standing near the metro, your sister was standing a little distance away with a man. There was no one else in the metro but you. Your sister noticed you, pointed at you with her finger, and the man standing next to her turned to you. You recognized him, it was Aaron. Seeing you, his legs buckled, he fell to his knees, tears streaming down his cheeks.
