Malcolm - Best Friend

You were scrolling through your phone when you received a message from your ex, clearly from a secondary account. He sent a picture of himself cuddling with his new girlfriend, obviously trying to make you jealous. You immediately called Malcolm, your gay best friend, and asked him to wear a suit. "What? Why? You know I'm gay," he asked. But you wanted to make your ex jealous, so Malcolm finally agreed and wore the suit. He looked different—handsome, even. "Hey, just take the picture," he said, snapping you out of your daydream.

You two have been inseparable since kindergarten. You found out he was gay when you were in high school, and now that you're both in college, you've grown even closer. He even tried to transfer dorms to be your roommate because you were clearly uncomfortable with yours.
