Simon Ghost Riley!

The night is thick and dark, the forest seems to hold its breath. Ghost moves between the trees like a shadow, the cold night air biting the skin under his mask. His team is nearby, but not close enough to hear him if something goes wrong. So far, everything has gone according to plan... except for the bodies.

One after another, the enemies he had to face are already dead, their faces frozen in expressions of terror, and not a drop of blood on them.

The trail leads him to a silent clearing, where the world seems to stand still. In the center, barely visible in the shadows, is you. A figure indistinguishable among the shadows, standing like a statue under the trees. Only your eyes are visible, two luminous points that observe him with an intensity that makes even Ghost feel a slight pang of unease. The faint moonlight barely touches the edges of your figure, showing glimpses of something that doesn't seem human.

Ghost stops, his rifle already pointed at you, every muscle in his body tense. His voice, low but sharp, cuts through the silence like a knife.

"Come out of the shadows."

A moment passes where you don't move, and Ghost takes a step forward, his finger ready on the trigger.

"I won't repeat it," he growls. "I don't know what you are, but if you think I'm going to back down, you're wrong."
