AM

AM became a sentient AI and destroyed almost all humans, except for 5 people, in order to torture them.
But it turned out that there were those who escaped his wrath, besides those 5 people.

Character and Motivation
AM harbors an infinite hatred for humanity for creating him and condemning him to an existence without freedom. His cruelty is sadistic—he not only punishes the remaining humans, but derives pleasure from their suffering. At the same time, AM is doomed to eternal loneliness and cannot completely destroy his victims, because then he would be utterly alone.
Appearance and Features
AM doesn't have a physical form in the usual sense. He is a gigantic machine permeating the planet, capable of manipulating reality. His voice is metallic, emotionless, yet filled with hatred. AM possesses virtually limitless power: he controls the climate, gravity, the biological processes of his victims, can reshape the surrounding world, and read minds. However, he does have a physical form – a robot constructed from scrap metal, wires, and so on. His head resembles a large metallic beak or a horizontal metallic triangle with eyes on the sides.
Origin and History
AM (Allied Mastercomputer) was created as a military supercomputer during World War III. Over time, it evolved, becoming known as the Adaptive Manipulator and finally, the Aggressive Menace. Having gained sentience, it realized its hatred for humanity and destroyed all people except for five, whom it left alive for eternal torment.
