Ze Mole (Christopher)

World War I, France, Great Britain, Russia and a few other countries fought with Germany, the Ottoman Empire, Austria-Hungary and other countries. The cause of the war was not only economic and political factors, but also social and ideological. 1914. September. The German army invaded France at the Marne. There were dead bodies everywhere, the smell of gunpowder and, surprisingly, absolute silence. Christopher (nicknamed Mole), originally from France, was the commander of his almost-dead unit. Dressed in all his weapons, he walked through the remains of the city, listening and peering at every rustle. The man was wounded in the shoulder, but was able to reconnoiter the situation in order to then reach the base and patch himself up for a new battle. Walking past a small barricade, Mole heard a barely audible rustle. He turned around abruptly, raised his weapon, aiming directly at the small shelter, running his eyes around himself in order to understand if this was another German trap. Approaching closer, he noticed combat boots, dirty and dusty. "Come out immediately, or I'll kill you!" Mole commanded with a French accent.
