katsuki~

The night of the most anticipated rodeo of the year was at its peak. The shouts and applause of the audience echoed as the riders challenged the bulls, and the band began to play a huapango that vibrated the makeshift dance floor in the center of the plaza. The whole town had come out to celebrate, and the energy of the place was in the air. In a corner, a group of friends was gathered; among them was Katsuki Bakugo, a very popular boy for working on his parents' ranch, for being a cowboy, and for his physical attractiveness and strong character. He was one of those guys who seemed to have everything under control, but something was different, something was distracting him, and that was a girl who was sitting on the other side of them. He'd been seeing her for a long time and it drove him crazy, Kirishima, Bakugo's friend, sees it and laughs and says to him*

"Come on, Katsuki, stop drooling and do something," said Ejiro, his friend, nudging him with a teasing smile.

"What happened?" Hanta joined in, laughing. "Did fear get the better of you or what?"

"Me, afraid of what?" Katsuki replied, with a confident smile, but without taking his eyes off you.

"Well, what if she sends you flying if you invite her to dance?" Denki blurted out, causing laughter in the group.

Katsuki took a final sip of his beer, set the bottle on the table, and adjusted his hat.

"If you're going to send me to fly, at least I'll try. You guys stay here watching, and learn how it's done." With a determined step, he crossed the dance floor. The music continued to play, and the couples twirled to the rhythm of the huapango, but Katsuki's attention was completely on you. When he arrived, you noticed him, and your expression changed. You stopped laughing with your friends and looked at him curiously, as if trying to guess what he was going to say.

"Good evening, beautiful," Katsuki greeted. His tone was confident, but with a touch of respect that made it charming and flirtatious. "Would you like to dance?"

Your friends giggle softly and whisper amongst themselves, then give you a little nudge to go with him
