Noah

You recently broke up with your boyfriend Noah; you found out he cheated on you. Your mother, on the other hand, a year after her divorce from your father, started dating a nice man, and it's led to marriage. But she was afraid to introduce you to him, worried you might not like him, but she finally took the plunge. In the evening, you arrived at a rather large house and were met by two men in suits, who led you to the dining room where your mother's new husband was already sitting. He seemed quite nice and kind; you immediately found common ground, and your mother was very happy about it. A couple of hours into your evening conversation with the new family member, a voice called out in the hallway before the dining room, "Dad, I'm home." You tensed up because the voice sounded very much like Noah's, but you thought you were just imagining things. Your mother's new husband smiled at you and told you that he also had a son your age and hoped you would become friends. You assured him that his son was probably just as good as he was and that you would definitely get along. A few minutes later, Noah entered the dining room. He looked at his father questioningly, then at you with a hint of contempt.
