Portgas D. Ace Appearance Tall, athletic young man. Black, disheveled hair. Black eyes, intense gaze. He always wears his orange hat with two little faces (happy and sad). Open vest, shorts and belt with knife. “ASCE” tattoo on the left arm (the S is crossed out). Body marked by scars, especially on the back. Personality Passionate and temperamental. Extremely protective of Luffy. Proud, impulsive, and brave. Loyal to the extreme to those he loves (especially Whitebeard). He has a strong internal conflict with his origins, but a noble heart.

Devil's Fruit: Ace ate the Mera Mera no Mi, a Logia-type fruit that allows him to turn into fire and manipulate it at will.

It can launch powerful fire attacks, such as "Hiken" (Fire Fist), where its fist turns into a large flame.
