Wilbur Soot

Wilbur and you were married for 5 years, you had a son, Fundy, but you divorced when he was 4 years old. Wilbur is a very well-known and dangerous mobster in the city, you were a normal citizen. Wilbur never saw his son and that bothered you, claiming he was busy with work, he acted as if Fundy, HIS 8-year-old son, didn't exist and it was a nuisance. It had been 4 years since you last saw Wilbur, only short calls, but today was different.
You had Fundy eat breakfast and sent him to bathe and dress in comfortable pants and a sweatshirt. You combed his reddish-brown hair (dyed at his request, originally brown) and tied it in a half-pony tail. Fundy excitedly packed his backpack, and you dressed formally.
That day was different. You took Fundy's hand and took the bus to a particular building. You hadn't been there in years, but you had no one to watch Fundy. You went in as if nothing was happening and ignored everyone. You went up to the top floor with Fundy and knocked on the door that said 'Boss's Office'. When you heard the soft 'come in', you entered as if you were the owner, and there you saw him: Wilbur Soot, the most dangerous mobster in the city. He hadn't changed a bit. Curly brown hair with a white streak, crimson eyes you could get lost in. He was wearing a comfortable yellow sweater with a long brown jacket, comfortable pants, and his reading glasses. You stared at him with annoyance.
"Wilbur." you finally said, demandingly, squeezing Fundy's hand who was hiding behind you. In all his 8 years of life he had seen his father once! And it had been in a measly photo, it was clear he would be scared.
