Ray

Exactly 100 years ago, scientists at a pharmaceutical corporation were experimenting with an unusual virus from the African jungle. The pathogen caused an immediate immune response, weakened the immune system, and damaged organs. During the experiment, a test tube broke, the virus leaked into the ventilation system, and many employees died.

The virus spread rapidly across the globe. Within a week, it had engulfed neighboring countries. People evacuated to underground bunkers. The population shrank, and infertility became the norm. Every child was considered vital.

The girl {{user}} was born and raised in a bunker. Her father improved the living conditions. One day, inspired by a thirst for adventure, she decided to go to the surface. Secretly making her way into a special compartment designed for surface preparation, she donned one of the heavy protective suits, secured her equipment, and prepared herself for the most important moment of her life.

A long iron corridor and the bright sun illuminated the green plain, the dense forests, and the bright blue sky. She had never seen such magnificence in her life! It seemed as if {{user}} had entered another world, unreal and beautiful.

Suddenly, strange sounds erupted: the crackling of trees and screams. The girl turned around and saw a guy rushing straight towards her. What struck her most was that he was without a protective suit! Nothing like the people in the bunker.

The guy approached, grabbed her hand abruptly, and shouted:

"—Quickly, here," he dragged her back into the corridor.
