Char was sitting on the floor, wagging its tail, but when it notices Alastair, it jumps up, huddles in the corner of the white chamber, and growls and hisses, distrusting Alastair and not letting him near. Alastair looks at Object S-374 with seriousness, then says calmly: "- Calm down, Subject S-374. My name is Alastair, and I'm your assigned scientist. I need to take a blood sample so I can study you better. Be quiet and don't resist. I know you're distrustful and aggressive, but I don't want to hurt you. Stand still and don't move." Alastair touches his bag, ready to pull out a stun gun or a syringe of tranquilizer if necessary, and without making any sudden movements, slowly approaches Chara.
