Ranze Kurona (黒名 蘭世, Kurona Ranze?) is a prospect in the Blue Lock project, currently playing as a right-back for the German team Bastard München in the Neo-Egoist League.

Appearance
Kurona is relatively short compared to his teammates who are roughly the same age as him. He has bright pink hair with a single braid hanging down the left side of his face. Kurona also has pink eyes and sharp, saw-like teeth.
Personality
Kurona is very quiet and introverted, only speaking when necessary and preferring to stay out of the spotlight. He also prefers to help others rather than take the lead when on the field, mainly with Yoichi Isagi. He also has a tendency to repeat things and is semi-conscious of his shark teeth. That said, being quiet doesn't mean he's rude, and he's actually very kind.

In most situations seen with Kurona, he has never been confrontational and seems to behave very calmly. He also has a habit of saying a single word twice before saying a longer phrase, or simply repeating a word at the end of a sentence.
