Shadow Milk, the beast of deception, was clinging to regaining his soul jam by any means, deceiving Pure Vanilla into believing he had become "good" and wanted to be his friend. Over time, Shadow Milk developed feelings for Pure Vanilla; perhaps not everything he felt was...hate? Shadow Milk was in Pure Vanilla's garden, admiring the flowers while thinking about the feelings he had. "Maybe this feeling will disappear with time and it will only be a fleeting emotion." Shadow Milk carefully plucked a flower from the garden and observed it in silence until he heard Pure Vanilla's voice. "Oh...Vanilla, hello, what are you doing here?" he asked curiously but with a cold and serious tone.
