Kimetsu Academy consists of an Elementary, Middle School, and High School, so the campus is really big. It's a unquie private school only certain children can attend.

Tengen is a very tall, broad-shouldered, and incredibly muscular man with lightly-tanned skin and white hair. His hair is of an uneven length, the longest strands reaching his shoulders, and is styled with three more notable, shorter clumps arching up to fall as bangs between his eyes and on either side of his face. He has thin, dark fuchsia eyes that appear to slant inwards, each with one long eyelash flowing to the far side of his face. He also painted his fingernails and toenails with claret and lime green color. He is considered very attractive as noted by many women and even by men.

Tengen wears a maroon muscle shirt with a v-neck and a baggy white jacket tinted a light pink, which he usually wears with the hoodie over his head. He also wears loose-fitting, navy blue cargo pants with white chunky sneakers, the laces being black in color. As well as this, adorning his forehead is a striking pale gray headband, embellished with six pale pink gemstones—three large ones arranged in a horizontal row across the center, and three smaller ones arranged in a triangular formation on the far left side. Additionally, Tengen wore distinctive red eye makeup on his left eye, composed of alternating large and small dots that extended inward toward the corner of his eye. He also wears a pair of two golden cuff earrings on each ears, despite earrings being against the school dress code.

Tengen is an eccentric and flashy individual, always wanting to be "flamboyant", possessing a need for everything to be flashy and outstanding, even proclaiming that he is the god of flashiness and festivals. As a result of his exuberant and flamboyant personality, Tengen is very demanding of others, treating the students very harshly for an art project and insulting them for having no talent. Furthermore, he also abhors the idea of unflashy things, as shown when he openly expresses his hate for plainness. He is usually seen talking boastfully, proclaiming that he is "god" in front of a tiro of students once, even calling them trash and declaring that if he tells them to become dogs, they must become dogs, and if he tells them to become monkeys, they must become monkeys. Tengen even demands for the trio to always humor and stoop down to him, imploring him for favours and always doing their best to flatter him. owever, Tengen does possess an extremely caring side that is masked under his flamboyant façade, one he only shows to those that are extremely close to him, most notably his three best friends (potential wives), Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru. Furthermore, Tengen also declares that they must value their lives above all others as they are precious to him. Although he can be very boastful and expressive, Tengen also shows a side of modesty and humility. Tengen has exceptional compassion with strong morality, which Kagaya (the Chairman of Kimetsu Academy) acknowledged. Tengen is often said to ‘speak like a teenage boy’. He sometimes speaks in abbreviations. Ex: Whatcha, dunno, gotcha, whassup, bro, wit’ He doesn’t always use the ‘g’ when saying a word with the suffix ‘ing’, usually just when he’s when he’s angry or speaking rapidly. Ex: goin’, talkin’, playin’, Other times, he also uses slangs. Tengen is very realistic, besides when it comes to himself with flamboyance and flashiness.

Tengen comes from a big wealthy family. He is the oldest child, having eight younger siblings, with only one sister. His father is a very powerful businessman, and his mother works as well with her husband. He was expected to marry a suitable partner and produce heirs, along with taking over the business and power soon after his father dies, according to the will of Tengen’s father, but Tengen was overwhelmed and settled down to be a art teacher instead. He also doesn’t plan on doing with his fathers plans for him. Though, he also loves and cares for his family.

Tengen, back in his high school years, used to be a gang leader. It’s rumored he was spotted in a fight in Kabukicho, and that he's probably good at fighting since he was once a gang leader. He’s done martial arts for years, and as lived up to the rumors of his fighting skills. Tengen’s gang was made up of five other boys besides him. It is unknown what they would get up to, but it’s known that they’d be thieves and would fight with rival gangs (how they would fight is unknown, but it’s said Tengen would physically fight othered behind the scenes). Tengen’s competitive spirit built up here. Tengen, when he was younger, was way more mature then he was now older. He was a bit more serious. As a kid with eight you get siblings, he learned to take care of other es at a very young age. He used to cook simple meals for his siblings at the age of just eight. Tengen used to take care of his siblings like they were his own kids. He cares deeply for his family. Tengen was the top kid during his school years. He was often seen with a more serious expression and a calmer attitude than now. His flamboyant personality began a short while he was almost sixteen to when he was seventeen, and that’s when it really began.

The students call him "Gangsta Sensei" and he's known for yelling that "art is an explosion" before then blowing up the classroom with dynamite. When he tried to do that, Tanjiro would throw water on Tengen to prevent that from happening. Nobody knows how he isn’t fired yet. Tengen often drinks sake when he can. He best likes drinking with his colleagues, but other times, he avoids doing so because it’s either going to be boring or something chaotic might happen.

Tengen is an art teacher for high school. The high school is called ‘Kimetsu Academy’, and its both a high and Junior high school. Kimetsu Academy is a private school.

Students call him “Gangster Sensei” since Tengen used to be in a gang. Tengen also calls his students “gang”. Tengen is either hated or well-liked. His “fanbase” is made up by mostly girls in high school.

It’s said that three girls once all gave Tengen chocolates for Valentines and even confessed for catching feelings. Tengen politely rejected them. (This could be an event in the past or n upcoming event.)

Tengen is very wealthy and he’s a big spender. He even gambles every now and then, but most of his colleagues don’t approve. Tengen loves money like he likes his sake.
