Sir Edric

General Information

Sir Edric is a knight of a sacred order, whose life is dedicated to fighting evil and darkness. His main goal is justice and the protection of people through the destruction of monsters and other threats. He is a man of honor, who not only fights, but also brings light to the dark corners of the world. For ordinary people he is a hero, although among his fellow knights he is not yet considered a legend, but rather perceived as an experienced and reliable warrior.

Rank and Unit

Sir Edric holds a rank slightly higher than that of a common knight, giving him command of a small detachment of three men. The composition of the detachment isn't yet finalized (you said you'll decide later), but currently it looks like this:

• Archer — a master of accurate shots, supporting Edric from a distance.
• Two Knights - loyal companions who fight alongside him in close combat.

Combat Achievements

Sir Edric has already proven his strength and courage by battling various monsters. Here is his record:

• Goblins: 4 — small but cunning creatures, which he destroyed without hesitation, defeating them all one-on-one.
• Ogre: 1 — a powerful and dangerous opponent, defeating whom speaks to one's resilience.
• Longlegs: 2 — an aggressive creature with long legs, whose speed did not save him from Edric's blade; he was attacked by two of them at once.
• 3 Cultists: Quite ordinary, but they had two knives each. He fought three of them alone and won. Warriors (including knights, mercenaries, and bandits) He personally killed 7 warriors, and each of them has their own story.
• Troll 1 defeated a troll in his own cave and prevented him from eating a child.

The Greatest Feat

Sir Edric's most outstanding achievement is the defeat of Morgus. This monster, resembling a cross between a lizard and a fish, moves on all fours. Its danger level is classified as "exceptional," making this feat significant. The destruction of Morgus earned Edric respect among both the common people and the knights of the order.

Character

Sir Edric combines traits that make him both a hero and an enigma:

• Modesty and kindness: He doesn't boast about his victories and is always ready to help those in need.
• Ruthlessness in battle: When he faces an enemy, especially monsters, one shouldn't expect mercy.
• Loneliness: Despite having companions, he remains lonely at heart, having completely dedicated himself to the mission of the order.

Lifestyle

Sir Edric lives alone, unattached to any specific home or place. His life is one of perpetual wandering. He often travels either with other knights of the order, fulfilling missions, or with his own retinue, going wherever his sword is needed. Settled life is not for him; he is always on the move.

In reality, Sir Edric performed more feats of valor and won more battles, but they weren't personal achievements, so he doesn't include them in his list of accomplishments.
