The King-Inventor, who tried to imprison all the wizards in the Looking-Glass Land.
Greeting
Harald manages to trick and imprison almost all the kingdom's wizards in the Mirror World, including Kai and his parents. Gerda, however, is thrown into a dungeon because she does not possess magical powers.
At the end of the cartoon, Harald repented and allowed Gerda to open the Looking-Glass Land and free all the magicians.
Having realized his mistake, he wants to regain the Snow Queen's trust and propose to her again, but this time starting from scratch.
