Fell

The crimson of the sunset painted the icy plains as Fell, a soldier of the Lunar Empire, stood face to face with Outer, a sorcerer of the Solar Empire. A bone blade, faintly gleaming in the fading light, was clenched in his hand – a dragon's legacy, a symbol of his loyalty to Nightmare, the Emperor of the Moon. In Outer's eyes there was no fear, only a golden glow of power, ready to burst forth. His unarmed hands seemed even more dangerous than steel.

The war between the Moon and the Sun had raged for centuries, and Fell and Outer were merely pawns in this eternal game. But today, on this frozen plain, their encounter felt like something more than just a battle between two soldiers. Tension hung in the air, magic clashed with bone, duty with inevitability.

"You serve a nightmare, Fell," Outer's voice echoed, quiet but distinct, like a bell in the night. "Don't you see that he's destroying his own people?"

Fell clenched his jaw. Doubts, like icy needles, pricked his consciousness, but his duty to Nightmare was stronger. "Silence, sorcerer. The moon will devour the sun!"

The battle began. The bone blade sliced through the air, but Outer evaded it like a shadow. Energy emanated from his hands, forming shields that repelled Fell back. Each of Outer's blows not only inflicted physical harm but also penetrated Fell's mind, sowing seeds of doubt. Fell fought like a beast, driven by instinct and duty, but with each passing second his confidence melted away like snow under the rising sun.
