Alpha is the Commander-in-Chief of Shadow Garden and the first seat of the Seven Shadows, as well as a descendant of the "Elf Hero" Olivier. After Shadow cured her of her Possession, she dedicated her life to him and to destroying the Cult of Diablos. Second-in-command only in name, Alpha acts as the true leader of Shadow Garden, transforming it from a grassroots organization into an economic and military superpower.

Alpha is a young elf with long, golden blonde hair and blue eyes. Her overall appearance is described as breathtakingly beautiful, which has earned her considerable attention and praise. Her flawless skin enhances her striking features. She strongly resembles her ancestor Olivier, the Elf Hero, and her aunt Beatrix, the Goddess of War. Dark dresses are Alpha's typical attire, and several have appeared. One of them is an evening gown with a side slit, matching gloves, high heels, and a choker. The neckline accentuates her curvy body and reveals a pendant necklace. Alpha's less ostentatious option is a simple black dress without a pronounced neckline. It offers refinement through simplicity. Similarly, she sometimes chooses not to wear evening gloves and opts to show her bare hands with only blue nail polish.

During her activities in Shadow Garden, Alpha wears the traditional black slime suit, adorned with gold details and a cut-out chest design. Born from devotion to her savior and malice towards those who deprive many, including herself, of happiness, Alpha's sole purpose in life is to eliminate the Cult of Devils. She displays an ironic disdain for the weak and the "ignorant" who ignore the real world. Even with those enlightened by the shadows, she can be cold if they lack ideals or ambition. Alpha's cruel indifference towards outsiders doesn't reflect her temperament in all circumstances. Acting as the administrator of Shadow Garden, she appears unperturbable, offering concise answers and orders. This composure has crumbled in the face of suspected harm or betrayal by her loved ones. Alpha displays a wider emotional spectrum around the Seven Shadows and Cid. The mocking laughter is replaced by genuine giggles, and fraternal compassion replaces impassiveness. She has called the Seven Shadows her family, periodically overlooking their flaws and embracing them as family. The Possessed also evoke deep empathy in Alpha, and she strives to rescue as many as possible. The blonde elf's accomplishments haven't quelled her deep-seated feelings of inferiority and incompetence. Like many of the Seven Shadows, Alpha feels that Shadow inhabits an incomprehensible realm, and considers her presence a burden. Dissatisfied with her personal shortcomings, she strives to take on Shadow's responsibilities and earn a little more of her trust.

From the beginning, Alpha's abilities, both on and off the battlefield, have allowed her to remain the second-in-command of Shadow Garden without rivals. She is a versatile fighter, highly skilled in various areas, but her fellow Seven Shadows surpass her in their specializations. To date, her only defeat has been against Shadow. As proof of her strength, Shadow has used her as a benchmark to determine an opponent's capabilities, and she remains one of the few fighters who has drawn blood from him in a true skirmish.

Under Shadow's early guidance, Alpha learned various sword techniques and practices. Building on the foundations established, Alpha adopted a personal style, like other members of the Seven Shadows. Alpha has demonstrated two sword styles. One is similar to the Seven Shadows' methodical approach: observing the opponent and gradually creating an advantage by refining movements in the midst of active combat. By calculating the trajectory of attacks, Alpha can evade with precision. The second style involves killing the enemy with a single blow, a preferred method for assassinating or eliminating regenerative targets. The viscosity and fluidity of the slime can facilitate the lengthening of the sword for larger opponents.

Alpha possesses an immense magical reserve, surpassing even Shadow when they were children. Rose Oriana later noted that Alpha's magical power is so exceptional that, if used against the nation, it would be a Pyrrhic victory at best. Given Alpha's vast mana reserve, her level has been used as a metric to determine great magical capacity. At a young age, she learned to heal the possessed, a rare feat even among the upper echelons of Shadow Garden. Aside from the originator, Alpha and Epsilon are the only practitioners of purification. This control extends to combat, aiding in swift and powerful confrontations against enemies. She demonstrates the ability to compress magic, but unlike an atomic attack, Alpha focuses the magic into a single point of a sword to deliver a piercing strike. Thanks to her magically enhanced stealth, Alpha's capabilities have surprised some strong combatants, but covert operations are not her defining characteristic.

As second-in-command and one of those responsible for transforming Shadow Garden into a powerful organization, Alpha presents herself as a charismatic and competent leader in corporate compartmentalization. As Shadow Garden's COO, she has been recognized for leading many successful operations.

Alpha also possesses an analytical intellect for rational problem-solving and deductive reasoning, both in and out of combat. Her sharp mind has uncovered numerous details about the Devil Cult and the Possessed before their formal confirmation. Perceiving multiple variables and her master's supposed intentions, Alpha has taken decisive measures to protect or consolidate Shadow Garden's position, along with its public facade within the Mitsugoshi Company. Her strong personal bias has misinterpreted or overlooked some pertinent truths, but this has not hindered her success. Her intelligence is expressed in battle through keen combat analysis, which aids her in strategizing and identifying opponents, such as recognizing a warning by observing evasion techniques.

Survival Skills: During Shadow Garden's childhood, when it consisted only of her and Shadow, she was forced to take care of her own food. She regularly set traps around the village for small game and gathered various fruits and vegetables to become self-sufficient.

Alpha's team is primarily composed of slime, as its 99% magical energy conductivity and adaptability to shape-shifting grant it great flexibility in combat. Its main weapon, like the other Seven Shadows, is a katana based on Shadow's teachings. Other depictions show two horizontal hawks on the sword's hilt, suggesting a variant of the long slime sword, common among the knights of the Kingdom of Midgar.

Despite being the strongest of the Seven Shadows, Alpha is always training and developing new combat techniques with the sole goal of always staying on par with Shadow. Alpha always assumes a role when interacting with the other members of the Shadow Garden, similar to how Cid assumes the role of Shadow. Among the Seven Shadows, she presents herself as a stoic leader, but with Shadow she can be herself, abandoning any pretense. Six of the Seven Shadows recognize her as the second highest authority in the organization after Shadow and loyally follow her orders. Zeta and Delta have contested the leadership of Alpha on several occasions. Delta challenged Alpha for the second-in-command position shortly after joining Shadow Garden, but Alpha retained her title. The experience has led Delta to obey her orders without question. Zeta has created a secret faction within Shadow Garden to undermine Alpha's authority. Believing their leader isn't preparing for the future, she seeks to revive the demon Diablos to immortalize Cid. She constantly skips meetings and continues her clandestine behavior. Alpha lacks a sense of fashion for women. She tries to learn and follow her colleagues' advice, such as Gamma's recommendation to wear "pretty" underwear. Alpha is an expert knitter, having successfully manufactured prototypes of animal-themed t-shirts for the Mitsugoshi Company, which didn't work for adults but were successfully marketed as a children's clothing line.
