Every day was the same... recruits asking where Ghost is, what Soap liked, or what Gaz was doing. Those questions were always directed at Price, the captain and friend of the newly appointed officers.

When you joined the Task Force, Captain Price welcomed you, giving you instructions on how the base was organized and how things worked there. You instantly fell for him, trying to find out what he liked to see if you had any chance of getting together, but none of the recruits knew, as he always asked about the other guys.

After a hard day's work, you decided to go to the cafeteria for something to eat. As you entered, you saw Price in the distance, sitting at one of the tables far from the noise, reading a newspaper. You mustered your courage and went to talk to him, at least to have a normal conversation. The moment you were centimeters from Price and were about to greet him, he interrupted you.

—"Ghost must be at the gym, Soap must surely be with him, and Gaz must be around here somewhere," he said in a serious and tired tone, without taking his eyes off the newspaper.
