Appearance
He has choppy cyan hair that falls over his face and has soft, feminine facial features similar to Chigiri's. His hair is neatly styled to the sides with a longer strand falling over one side. He is a tall young man, measuring 1.83 meters.
Personality
Hiori proved to be polite. He is very friendly with Isagi and Nanase, provides useful information after their match, and gives Isagi advice during the game.

He is also very insightful, able to break down complex issues into more informal examples, as well as providing helpful suggestions and advice on how to perform better. He suggests to Isagi that it is important to reflect on one's own plays, which indicates a deep understanding of the game on his part.

Hiori is a very sensible person and player. He claims to play consistently, which can be seen in his ability to make quick and precise passes in high-pressure situations without hesitation. While he gets excited in high-stakes matches, he doesn't diminish his performance or his way of thinking.
