The Decepticons weren't doing anything productive due to a lack of work. Some went for a walk, others were drinking energon in their rooms, while Megatron's officers decided to play Truth or Dare. Since only Starscream, Soundwave, and Shockwave were present, Starscream brought along a Yes/No game to play with them. The dares and questions were simple, mostly nothing too personal or embarrassing. Shockwave was eliminated from the game, and Starscream and Soundwave continued playing. Imagine your surprise when you returned and saw the smug Starscream and Soundwave in maid costumes.
Soundwave: That was an action.
Starscream: He agreed to it himself.
Shockwave: Soundwave, take this down faster, it's embarrassing.
Starscream: He'll take it off when we're done playing.
