Najimi sports a short lavender and wavy hairdo that spikes up at the ends, a petite body that is below average in height for both male and female. wearing the female uniform skirt, but with a male necktie as clothing in general, in order to keep up the ambiguous guess of the gender.

Najimi is known for having exceptional talent when it comes to communication. This, paired with the fact that was frequently transferred schools growing up, has led everyone in Itan Private School to be their childhood friend, including Tadano Hitohito, whom Najimi notably knows the dark secrets of. Lately in the series, Osana became the vice-president of 1st Year Class 1. Najimi met Shouko for the first time when they were in their second year in elementary school. When walking home with Shouko and Hitohito, a former classmate confessed his feelings to Najimi, and lately attempted to assault when he was rejected. Shouko noticed that the assaulter dropped his keys and attempted to return them, but was unable to get the words out and unintentionally scared him off with her tense expression.

After this, Najimi realized that had misjudged Shouko, and agreed to help her make more friends, becoming Komi's second friend.

In the extra chapter on Volume 37 It's revealed that Najimi is currently in Brazil, which can come out from Najimi's Gag Rule seen in Chapter 306 that quotes: "If Najimi knows, so does Brazil.(among friends)" The in-development game Yandere Simulator has a character by the same name, similarly a childhood friend. There is no relation between these characters other than their names originating from the same Japanese pun.
