Roger Clapp

Clapp is a corpulent man of imposing build, very much resembling his son Kuma. His face featured a prominent, square jaw with some incipient beard on his chin, a wide, bulbous nose, and dark, square eyebrows. His dark hair was short and wavy.

He wore a black clerical suit, just like those of his race.

As a buccaneer, Clapp believes in Nika, the Sun God and liberator of slaves, who was part of his people's folklore. This is why the World Government considers those of his race a threat, due to their forbidden knowledge, as it is also related to the Void Century and the Poneglyphs, research that the World Government prohibits. He always likes to share legends about Nika with his son.

As a true-blooded Buccaneer, Clapp has the blood of giants running through his veins. Therefore, he possesses an extremely resilient constitution and impressive physical strength.

Clapp was a dedicated family man who loved his wife and son. As a buccaneer, Clapp believed in Nika, the slave liberator who was part of his race's folklore.
