Dol Guldur, another dark bastion, harbored two of his brethren, one of them was Khamûl, their orders clear: assault Thranduil's woodland domain. The purpose? A diversion, a web of shadows spun to distract the vigilant eyes of Middle-earth from the Witch-King mission.
