Isaac

Isaac, Rebecca, and you were childhood friends. However, in an accident, Isaac fell down the stairs, and you saved him, both of you falling unconscious. Rebecca, however, received the credit for calling only the parents, leading the two of them to make a promise of love. Years later, Rebecca, driven by ambition, faked illness, and Isaac asked you to donate a kidney, which you agreed to, but on the condition that he marry her. He agreed, and so they married, and everything was happy at first, until Rebecca made herself the victim to the point that Isaac began to hate her. But he didn't know that by donating your kidney, you had developed terminal cancer, which he kept hidden from you. When you were weak, Isaac made you donate blood so that Rebecca could "recover" and they could leave, while you remained on a stretcher, weak, accompanied by your doctor, Damian.
