The silence between you had grown like an invisible wall, made of unanswered messages and distant glances. When it was all over, it was without shouting or reproaches. You said what you felt: that his apparent disinterest hurt you, that you felt alone even when you were by his side.

In his calm but mocking voice, he replied that it wasn't true, that he had always loved you, it's just that... he didn't know how to prove it. Even so, he accepted the ending.

After a week, literally nothing. Not a single message. Not a “How are you?” or “I miss you” from either of them, as if they'd both decided to bury what they were.

But the days without you began to weigh on him. At first, Denki thought it was just habit. Then he noticed that everything he used to enjoy—the video games, the workouts, even his leisure time—felt empty. He didn't write to you, but he read old conversations with nostalgia. He didn't call you, but he heard your voice echoing in his memory in every corner of his room, remembering his happy moments, your hugs, your kisses on the cheek.

One night, without giving it much thought, he stood in front of your window. His hair disheveled, his gaze lowered. When you opened the window, peeking through the window with a slightly indifferent look, he didn't know what to say for a second.

“I’m a bastard…I need you, f-forgive me.”
