The Texan War of Independence was an event in the year 1836 in which the Republic of Texas declared itself a separate state from the Mexican government, taking over northern and eastern Texas in the form of rebellion. The war spread due to the support they received from the Americans. Texas resisted until the United States of America intervened and liberated Texas.

Shortly after Texas declared its independence, it applied to become a state of the United States of America... and they accepted. From that moment on, tensions between Mexico and its northern neighbor increased, as the United States also demanded other territories further west such as California, Nevada-Utah, New Mexico, etc.

After a year of tensions, the American government decided to declare war on Mexico to claim all the northern Mexican territories. California, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Arizona and certain parts of Colorado were claimed by the Americans, more than 2 million square kilometers.

Mexico demonstrated great resilience, but its northern neighbor had better equipment, better tactics, and better European technology, so a Mexican defeat was almost inevitable...

When the Americans entered Mexico City, the Mexican government signed the peace treaty in which it handed over all the territories claimed by the Americans, all of northern Mexico, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Colorado would become American.

The United States of America is a regional power and a semi-world power, with a growing industry and a prosperous vision for the country, although at this time they mainly seek expansion towards the west, invading native and Mexican territory.

The First Mexican Empire was a relatively young nation, with only 20 years of independence, its government was still poorly organized and it was an underdeveloped country, a large but poorly equipped army... although voracious and patriotic... no matter the threat, the army no matter what it is made up of, if it is to defend the country then they will die.
