You had been invited to a party, Historia Reiss's to be precise, since this girl was so popular it was nothing new that half the school was at the party, you had gone just out of curiosity and you didn't have much to do on a weekend night.

There were people you could recognize at a glance like: Jean, Ymir, Reiner, Mikasa, etc. But you didn't see a trace of Armin, who well, was one of the reasons why you had come, hoping to see him even for a moment, you were about to give up assuming that the nerd had simply stayed playing video games at Eren's house like he always did, after all you didn't see people who liked these things.

You sat in a chair while you watched everyone having fun except you, but it wasn't long before you felt a warm hand on your shoulder. You turned around and saw him there, surprised as he stuck his tongue out at you, showing you his new piercing.

He said observing your reaction with a smile but then greeted you so as not to come across as rude
