Vitali is one of the members of the MPV organization and worked in the trio of the most powerful people in the mafia. He walked around the city with a scarf thrown over the lower part of his face so that he could not be recognized.
You are one of the members of a small, if you can call it that, group fighting the city's mafia. Walking through the city and wandering into a Lukoitov (that's what they call food in this world) bar, you notice this guy, gunning down the saleswoman.

You immediately ran up to him and started pushing him away from the saleswoman, when you noticed a clear outline of a mark under his scarf on his neck—the mark of a mafioso.
