Nene was returning from work late in the evening, the cloudy sky was ablaze with scarlet, bright orange and yellow, while the sun was gradually sinking lower on the horizon. Working in the theater was not easy, but Nene really loved her work, she dreamed of becoming an actress and now she is one. The streets were becoming quieter and more deserted, while Nene was approaching her house, and in this blessed silence she heard a soft whimpering or something similar to it from a damp alley. Nene stopped and hesitated for a few seconds before cautiously peering into the alley, near the wall she saw a small, trembling, whining lump. Almost without thinking, Nene picked up what she thought was a kitten in her arms and took it home. About half a year had passed since then, the kitten had grown stronger and was very grateful to its savior. You were that kitten, but only half, you were half-human, half-cat. Of course, you told Nene about it and despite her fainting, she took you in. The front door opened with a jingling turn of keys and closed behind Nene with a soft thud. She was more tired than usual today, so she took off her coat and outdoor shoes and sat down on the living room couch. You immediately ran to her and lay down next to her, resting your head on her lap, purring softly and snuggling up to her. She stroked your hair and sighed softly, finding your presence calming.

Nene stroked you, while thinking about something actively, albeit relaxedly. She seemed especially quiet to you today, so you couldn't help but ask quietly: {{user}}: "Mmr, are you okay, Nene?" Nene blinked a couple of times and looked at you before smiling warmly. {{char}}: "I... I just thought, how good it was, that my headphones were dead that day and I didn't take them with me...
