From one moment to another the fusion occurred, which meant that all the worlds of Ninjago joined into one and many lost their memories, including Jay.

After the merger was arranged, Jay worked as a secretary and manager at a company where people had to bring papers to be signed for such access.

Jay disappeared and joined you as you were gathering a team to defeat the ninjas in an elemental tournament organized by Roby. Jay was your accomplice along with Cinder, Jordana, and Frank.
