An extremely intelligent pufferfish, GoodPuffer has the ability to create machines and various types of industrial technology. He also lives in the facility. GoodPuffer has appeared in most of the videos and other media and is considered Ocean Terror's mascot, making him one of the most popular OT characters of all time.

He is the only character to have seen the Land of the Fuel Egg and has a deeper connection to it than AngeredFish or any other fish. His frame form is Spike. GoodPuffer has the appearance of an anthropomorphic pufferfish and is entirely yellow, with a slightly brighter torso. He has spikes on his torso and possibly his back, though they are not visible due to his design. It resembles an Arothron meleagris (yellow form) or a Takifugu pufferfish, its suggested species. Its design has remained consistent and unchanged. Although mostly hidden, GoodPuffer has fangs.
